Jezebel Gallery Return Policy
All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on custom orders. Please contact the gallery if any goods were damaged during shipment.
Do Not Throw Away Your Packing Material! You will need to contact the store where you made the purchase for an RGA# and repack the product in the same package in which it arrived.
Jezebel Gallery Return Policy
1. If you are uncertain of your glass color, glass samples may be ordered at a flat fee of $5 each (shipping included).
2. All approved returns are subject to a shipping fee and 20% restocking fee.
3. All canceled orders are subject to a shipping fee and 20% restocking fee.
4. Any retail order over $1,000.00 is a custom order. Custom orders are not eligible for return. We will exchange the glass color one time for a shipping fee and 20% restocking fee. No refunds on discounted items.
5. The iron work is not eligible for return or exchange on custom orders or retail orders over $1,000.
6. Discounted or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. If you receive a Jezebel product that you are not satisfied with you must contact the gallery within 30 days to get approval for a return or a one time exchange.
8. Each computer monitor will vary in color. There will be small variations in the lamp bases and shades. Each glass of a certain color will vary in mixture and pattern.
